About the Series
Third-year high school student Koyomi Araragi, still recovering from a vampire attack, encounters various girls who are being haunted or possessed by supernatural creatures called 'oddities.' Working with the enigmatic former exorcist Meme Oshino, Araragi helps each girl confront and resolve her spiritual affliction. Shaft's distinctive visual style makes every episode a work of art.
Why we're dubbing this: Bakemonogatari is one of the most acclaimed and widely-discussed anime of its era, yet Aniplex has never commissioned an English dub. A quality dub would open this masterpiece to an entirely new Western audience.
